Terms and Conditions
Company’s Scope of Work:
- Project designing, implementation, installation and commissioning.
- Site survey, erection of structure and panels, DC cabling to inverters and AC cabling to main LT panel room/ four-pole.
- Yield analysis, cost benefit and revenue forecast
- Project documentation and management.
Client’s Scope of Work
- Providing shadow free space for PV installation with easy access for working personal.
- Water, electricity, access to site should be provided by client including storage spaces for tools and machines. Security of material will be under client’s scope.
- Any ground strengthening required for installing PV modules if required. Spaces for AC and DC Earthing pits and lighting arrestor.
- Providing ventilated room/space for placing of inverters.
Payment Terms
- The above pricing offered is exclusively as per the quantity of material and conditions specified by you. This proposal is valid for 1 month.
- The project will be completed within 3 months after receiving PO and advance payment.
- 60% amount of project cost will be payable in advance against PO. 30% after dumping material on site and 10% after commissioning of project.
- Any kind of delayed payment will not be acceptable and interest will be calculated accordingly.
- All the cheques to be made in favour of TRIVEDI SALES & SOLAR SOLUTIONS, Payable at ujjain.

Warranty Terms
- Warranty of PV modules and inverter will be covered by the respective companies as per the warranty conditions mentioned on their products, physical damage cost of any product post installation will be beard by client.
- 10 year product warranty with 25 years performance warranty of PV modules.
- Upto 5 year manufacturer’s warranty on inverter.
- Operation and maintenance contract if required will be Rs. 1400/KW per year.
